Clonmel Theatre Guild supports CARE

Clonmel Theatre Guild loves to support local charities and at our recent dinner theatre production of “Funny Money”, we chose to support CARE Cancer Support Centre in Clonmel.

The CARE Cancer Support Centre aims to provide support and information to anyone affected by cancer in South Tipperary and surrounding area. The diagnosis of cancer can mark the beginning of a frightening journey. The CARE Centre provides emotional support and practical help to people who have or have had cancer and to those who care for them. Services provided include, emotional support, information, counselling, support groups, complementary therapies, Yoga, Tai Chi and Art classes. All services are provided free of charge. The Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, for further details please contact 052 6182667 or call into the Centre at 14 Wellington Street Clonmel Co Tipperary.

We are delighted to make a donation of €250 from the proceeds of the raffle and on 31 January 2018, Carol Acheson and Adrienne Small from the Guild met Grainne Hedont from the CARE Centre to present them with our cheque.
